This policy explains cancellations and refunds for LabibMind's paid services and subscriptions, taking into account Saudi Arabia's E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulation where they apply. The requests offered through this website today, including the demo and the one-report pilot, are free of charge, and no payments are taken through the site. This website does not sell physical products.
تبين هذه السياسة أحكام الإلغاء والاسترداد للخدمات والاشتراكات المدفوعة المرتبطة بـ LabibMind، مع مراعاة نظام التجارة الإلكترونية ولائحته التنفيذية متى انطبقا. وحتى تاريخ آخر تحديث لهذه السياسة، فإن الطلبات المتاحة عبر هذا الموقع، بما في ذلك العرض التوضيحي وتجربة التقرير الواحد، مجانية ولا تُحصَّل أي مدفوعات عبر الموقع. ولا يبيع هذا الموقع منتجات مادية.
1. Scope
This policy covers paid services and product subscriptions agreed directly with LabibMind under a signed proposal, order form, statement of work, or agreement. Where that signed document states different commercial terms, it prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law. Requests submitted through this website are free and create no payment obligation.
1. نطاق التطبيق
تسري هذه السياسة على الخدمات المدفوعة والاشتراكات التي يتم الاتفاق عليها مباشرة مع LabibMind بموجب عرض موقّع أو أمر عمل أو بيان نطاق أو اتفاقية موقعة. وإذا نص المستند الموقّع على شروط تجارية مغايرة، فتسري أحكامه في الحدود التي يجيزها النظام. أما الطلبات المقدمة عبر هذا الموقع فهي مجانية ولا يترتب عليها أي التزام مالي.
2. Statutory rescission right
Where the E-Commerce Law applies to the transaction, the consumer may rescind the contract within 7 days of contracting, provided that service delivery has not begun and the consumer has not obtained any benefit from the service. In that case, amounts paid for the rescinded service are refunded in full.
2. الحق النظامي في الفسخ
متى انطبق نظام التجارة الإلكترونية على التعامل، يجوز للمستهلك فسخ العقد خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ التعاقد، بشرط ألا يكون تنفيذ الخدمة قد بدأ وألا يكون المستهلك قد حصل على منفعة منها. وفي هذه الحالة تُسترد كامل المبالغ المدفوعة عن الخدمة محل الفسخ.
3. Paid services
Before delivery begins, amounts paid for work not started are refundable in full. After delivery begins, LabibMind is entitled to the value of work actually performed, approved third-party commitments, and any clearly agreed non-refundable components; the remainder is refunded. Accepted deliverables are not refundable, but if a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, we correct it at no additional charge. If LabibMind cancels a paid service, amounts paid for undelivered work are refunded in full.
3. الخدمات المدفوعة
قبل بدء التنفيذ، تُسترد كامل المبالغ المدفوعة عن الأعمال التي لم تبدأ. وبعد بدء التنفيذ، تستحق LabibMind قيمة الأعمال المنفذة فعليًا، والالتزامات المعتمدة تجاه أطراف ثالثة، وأي بنود غير قابلة للاسترداد متفق عليها بوضوح، ويُسترد المتبقي. ولا تكون المخرجات المقبولة قابلة للاسترداد، أما إذا لم يطابق مخرج ما نطاق العمل المتفق عليه فتلتزم LabibMind بتصحيحه دون تكلفة إضافية. وإذا ألغت LabibMind خدمة مدفوعة من جانبها، تُسترد كامل المبالغ المدفوعة عن الأعمال غير المنفذة.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless another method is required by law or agreed in writing. We process approved refunds within 15 days at most after approval and receipt of any information reasonably needed to complete the refund.
4. آلية الاسترداد
تُعاد المبالغ المعتمدة عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، ما لم يتطلب النظام أو الاتفاق الكتابي وسيلة أخرى. وتتم معالجة الاسترداد المعتمد خلال مدة أقصاها 15 يومًا من تاريخ الاعتماد واستلام أي معلومات لازمة بشكل معقول لإتمام عملية الاسترداد.
5. Requests and your rights
To submit a cancellation or refund request, email info@labibmind.com with your name, organization, agreement or invoice reference, requested action, and reason. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the E-Commerce Law, its Implementing Regulation, or any other applicable Saudi law; where a mandatory rule differs, that rule prevails. We may update this policy from time to time; changes do not affect prior engagements unless agreed in writing or required by law.
5. الطلبات والحقوق
تُرسل طلبات الإلغاء أو الاسترداد إلى info@labibmind.com مع بيان الاسم، وجهة العمل، ومرجع الاتفاقية أو الفاتورة، والإجراء المطلوب، وسبب الطلب. ولا تقيد هذه السياسة أي حقوق نظامية ملزمة مقررة بموجب نظام التجارة الإلكترونية ولائحته التنفيذية أو أي نظام سعودي واجب التطبيق؛ وعند اختلاف حكم إلزامي، يسري ذلك الحكم. ويجوز تحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، ولا تؤثر التحديثات في التعاقدات السابقة إلا بموجب اتفاق كتابي أو متطلب نظامي.
